External Link
An external link refers to a hyperlink leading to a page outside of the current website. These links can be directly pasted into the link path field.
Best Practice
Configuration in AEM
- Insert a link text in the main content area that you want to be displayed.
- Mark the text.
- Paste the external URL in the path field. In this example the external link leads to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
Note: Clearly indicate where the external link leads to by you explicitly write the URL outside the current website. In this example: Finansinspektionen (fi.se)
